First-semester Bachelor
Welcome to the University of Stuttgart!
We are delighted to welcome you to our degree program.
On this page you will find information about the orientation program for first-year students (ESE) and further details about starting your studies in Stuttgart.
The first-year orientation program takes place from October 6 to 10, 2025. Please make sure you are already in Stuttgart during this time. You can find all general information about the ESE here: stuvus.de/ese. The detailed schedule for the first-year orientation program for aerospace engineering students can be found here.
Even before the first-year orientation program, the first-year weekend (EWOK) takes place from October 2 to 4, 2025. To prepare for your studies, we also recommend attending the preparatory courses offered by the MINT-Kolleg, especially in mathematics. The math preparatory course will take place from September 22 to October 2, 2025. You must register for the preparatory course with the MINT-Kolleg (a fee applies).
If you have any questions, you can always contact ese@flurus.de.
ERASMUS-Incomings
We invite all incoming exchange students (ERASMUS and other programs) to an informal information event on 09.10. at 17:30 in the Fachschaft LRT, Pfaffenwaldring 27 (-1.001).
